The government of Costa Rica wants to take advantage of the need to attract a large number of migrants who are trekking through the country to the United States. The financial aid needs to be taken into account in order to avoid the crisis, reports President Rodrigo Chaves on Tuesday. In January, 386,000 migrants from Panama were transferred to Costa Rica.
