Core cabinet meets again about pension reform

The top ministers of the federal government broke up last night without agreement on the pension reform. At the start of the meeting, State Secretary Eva De Bleeker (Open Vld) informed VTM NIEUWS that an agreement would be possible, but that did not work out. Negotiations resumed at 9 a.m. today. “I would not assume that this is the last round,” says journalist Jelle Frencken in VTM NIEUWS.
