Erika Poussan frozen cookie dough won the Finnish success recipe program last week. After the final, the Finns have been gripped by a real cookie hysteria. The winning cookie dough has sold out in several grocery stores, and the dough has set a sales record for a Finnish success recipe.

– The products have been taken out of control, so to speak. Erika’s frozen cookie dough has become extremely popular, says S Group’s grocery manager Sampo Top saw.

According to Päällysaho, the products will be delivered to the stores as soon as they are available in stock. He assures that it is worth waiting for something good if your store currently offers only “eioota”.

The winning products of the Finnish recipe for success have risen to the top of the best-selling products every time. Now, however, sales have been record high. Bakerika’s salted chocolate chip dough, or Salted Chocolate Chip, sold almost twice as much in the first five days compared to the best-selling success recipe products of previous seasons.

– It has also left behind many familiar basic foodstuffs, such as fresh yeast or the best-selling dairy butter.

According to Päällysaho, among the finalists, Köftis and Twisted Oats have also been particularly popular.

Last year, the Finnish success recipe win went to Mattila Bros’ BBQ & Smokehouse ready meals.
