Sienihullu (Readme.fi, 2022), written by Sienihullu, has been selected as the cookbook of the year Anu Brask. He has taken the pictures in the book Sami Repo.

The awards were handed out at the Wine & Food fair at the Helsinki Fair Center on Friday, October 28.

The jury of the Food Suppliers Association, which made the selection, describes the book as inspiring, insightful and professionally done. The book serves both experienced and beginner mushroom enthusiasts. According to Raadi, the book shows the author’s strong dedication and mushroom knowledge.

– Sienihullu is a long-simmering book, I’ve been piling it up for years. I have planned, thought, modeled. Tasted, smelled and tested. Collected recipes, learned and studied mushrooms, talked about mushroom people and became more and more crazy about mushrooms myself, says Anu Brask in the press release.
