The apartment that landed former Brazilian president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (2003-2010) in prison has been raffled off. Lula is said to have received the luxury apartment by the sea in the bribery affair ‘Carwash’. A man has won the approximately 215-square-meter three-storey apartment in the seaside town of Guarujá, the company Pancadão de Prêmios reports.
