The plot, where a large farm once stood, goes for a fixed sales price to the association with the best plans for life-resistant living, preferably in the form of a courtyard. The new owners must work together with housing corporation Woonborg. The corporation wants to realize at least six, preferably ten social rental homes. There is room for a maximum of sixteen homes.
