The technology group Kontron has received another million -dollar mandate in the area of transport from Czech Railway.
The project commissioned by the state infrastructure company SZ (Sprava Zeleznic) on the route between the border with Germany and the cities of Dolni Leb, Kralupy and Vltavoumit had a value of around 26 million euros on Tuesday in Linz, Austria. As early as 2024, Kontron had received a 34 million euro order for the expansion of a GSM-R communication system in the Czech Republic. With the orders, a wide range of language and data services that are required for daily rail operations are provided with the orders.
