11 games in 1.5 years
VfL Bochum and Raman Chibsah are going their separate ways after about a year and a half. The contract with the 28-year-old midfielder, which originally ran until the end of the season, has been terminated and Chibsah will join Apollon Smyrnis in Greece, the Bundesliga club announced on Wednesday. Ex-Osnabrück coach Marco Grote has been in office there since the beginning of January, but he only managed one draw from the first five games and lost four times.
Chibsah joined VfL from Gaziantep FK in September 2020 but has only featured in 11 games since then (1 goal). The Ghanaian is still waiting for his first game this season.
