The municipality of Groningen and project developers Roosdom Tijhuis, Plegt Vos and Droste Bouw have buried the hatchet. An agreement for the construction of the new residential area De Held III on the west side of the city is in the making.

The Held III has been registered for the area between the west side of Groningen and the Gravenburg district for twenty years, but the crisis and disagreements with the market partners prevented construction. Photo: Municipality of Groningen
