The branches of ASK Romein International BV in the Netherlands were declared bankrupt on Tuesday. The company had already requested and received a postponement of payment at the end of last week. The bankruptcy concerns the branches in Roosendaal, Katwijk (South Holland) and Sluiskil (Zeeland).
The cause of the bankruptcy must be sought in past losses and the failure to pay by clients.
The foreign branches of the company are not included in the bankruptcy, according to the website of the trustees Leonard Bijlsma and Ruud Hermsen.
