The 33-year-old martial artist was driving his £200,000 Bentley Continental GT when he caught the attention of the police. He was pulled over and arrested for multiple traffic violations. His expensive car was also seized, the newspaper reports.
He has since been released on bail, but faces multiple charges. He is due next month.
The Irishman has been spotted in Dublin lately and is said to be training to make his comeback in the UFC later this year.

McGregor last saw action in July 2021 when he faced Dustin Poirier in a rematch. The Notorious lost after sustaining a horrific fracture of his leg in the second round. Six months earlier, he had been knocked out by the American.
McGregor became the first double champion (feather and lightweight) ever in the UFC in 2016, but has since lost three of his four matches. Yet he remains immensely popular with the fans and he can still count – just like opponents – on compensation of a few million euros.
