Connie Witteman pleads for reparations to Marco Borsato

Connie Witteman thinks it is a great shame that it will only be clear after two years whether or not to prosecute Marco Borsato. “Who is going to pay for this damage?”

Marco Borsato has been out of circulation for two years and that of course means that he has lost millions and millions of euros. After two years, the Public Prosecution Service finally seems ready to make a decision about the prosecution of the singer: should he or not appear in court for a sex offense?

Italian descent

What a shame that this is all taking so long, says Connie Witteman. She explodes in a comment on Instagram. “I can say that I have known Marco well for a long time and that I do not believe the allegations until now until proven otherwise!”

How does she know Marco then? “I know Marco as a great, honest, sweet emotional man with his heart in the right place! This man is of Italian descent, by which I mean that the people there are very warm hearted without ambiguous thoughts!”

To hell

You shouldn’t dismiss such an Italian, touchy man as a pervert, Connie thinks. “It remains outrageous that such a great artist and great father and husband have been screwed up like this!!”

According to her, it is also astonishing how few celebrities speak out in favor of Marco’s rehabilitation. “I wonder where all his ‘friends’ are and keep so quiet until he is free of the blemish that has been sprinkled on them… Where are all those ‘good’ friends then??”

Reparations

Finally, Connie also points out that Marco has lost an incredible amount of money because of this case. And since this case will probably stick with him forever, he will also miss out on a lot of money in the future.

Will there be reparations? Connie thinks so. “It is high time to stand up and move on with his life and career! Who is going to repair and pay for this emotional damage and also for their entire family? Amen. 🙏”
