Vooruit chairman Conner Rousseau understands that many people are angry about his statements about the Roma and can post the reactions, but “if I have the feeling that many people support me, I will continue.” He answered this on Sunday in ‘De Zevende Dag’ on VRT 1 when asked whether he can stay on as chairman. The Young Socialists of Brussels believe that Rousseau should be careful and the young people of Ghent are losing their confidence in him. “It only concerns a few people, no more than 20,” he responded.
