After two operations totaling 33 hours, doctors succeeded in separating conjoined twins Bernardo and Arthur Lima. That in itself was a perilous undertaking, but the fact that the twins were connected through their skulls and brains made the situation all the more delicate. It concerns the oldest twins who have had such an operation successfully.
