Merel Conijn has never skated in an international tournament with the seniors, but on Saturday she can start at one of the biggest tournaments of the year: the World Allround Championships in Hamar. A podium place is not completely out of the question for the twenty-year-old Edam, who finished sixth, seventh and seventeenth in the NK distances in October.
