Youth and Sports Minister Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu congratulated Cengizhan Şimşek, who won the title wrestler by defeating his rival Mustafa Taş in the final in the 661st Historical Kırkpınar Oil Wrestling held in Edirne this year.
