Congolese President Félix Tshisekedi on Monday called on the UN Security Council to impose individual and collective sanctions on members of the M23 rebel movement and the Rwandan state, whom he says are involved in the ongoing violence in eastern Congo. In September, Tshisekedi had already made a similar appeal.
