A confused man set fire to a house on Enzerink in Eindhoven on Saturday evening. When emergency services arrived, he threatened several officers with what looked like a firearm. The police then fired warning shots.
The fire broke out around ten to eight in the evening. At first it was unclear what caused the fire, but the police have now reported that a confused man started the fire. The street has since been closed.
The man was aggressive towards the emergency services and threatened that he would use a firearm. The police then fired warning shots. The man eventually surrendered. He was taken to hospital for a check-up.
So far, the police have not found a firearm. No one was injured either.
