The Dutch police have been massively present at the Stationsplein in Arnhem since 4 p.m. There a man has climbed a mast from which electricity cables of trolleybuses hang. Meanwhile, the man balances on the cables themselves, which hang high above the square. He keeps pacing back and forth on the trolley lines and seems to have no intention of coming down. The situation has been going on for more than 2.5 hours. It is unclear why the man started his action. Hundreds of people are witnesses.
