Conditions not met: drug duo still have to go to jail for two years

The two had agreed with a dealer in Oudenburg, and threatened him with a firearm – an alarm pistol, it turned out later. He had to hand over his cell phone, some money and drugs. The man was injured.

One was given two years in effect, the other two ended up with two years in prison, but with a postponement, linked to a series of conditions. But they did not follow those conditions, and they did not show up to the assistant justice and one of them confessed that he is still using drugs.

The conditional sentence has therefore now been converted into an effective prison sentence.
