While working on a house at the Julianapark in Tilburg, a man got a concrete block on his legs on Saturday afternoon. After half an hour, the emergency services got the man out from under the concrete block.
The man was rushed to hospital. A trauma helicopter landed on the Goirkekanaaldijk.
It is not yet clear whether the concrete block fell during demolition work. The emergency services shielded the victim with screens and sheets.
