Computer and USB sticks with security plans for Olympic Games stolen from train in Paris | Abroad

The engineer had boarded a train at Gare du Nord station to Creil, in the Oise region. He had put his bag in the luggage compartment above his seat and never found it again.

The bag contained a computer and two USB sticks with all kinds of sensitive data about the organization of the Olympic Games in Paris next summer. This also applies to the security plans of the Parisian police. The city plans to deploy 2,000 municipal police officers for the Olympics, scheduled for July 26 to August 11.
