A joint device of the Mossos d’Esquadra, the National Police, the Civil Guard and the Local Police of Salou (Tarragonès) in two leisure venues in the municipality has ended with 132 people identified and 27 complaints: 11 for holding drugsseven for prohibited weaponsfive for tax regulations and four for irregular situation. In addition, two administrative offenses have been detected in the inspected spaces, located on Carles Buïgas street. Police sources have explained to the Catalan News Agency (ACN) that the device took place between 01:00 and 06:00 this Sunday and that it has involved a hundred agents from the various police forces.
Inspections and searches in the leisure area have made it possible to find narcotics and prohibited weapons such as self-defense sprays, extendable and electric batons and even a harpoon. It has also been denounced illegal retail sale of tobaccowhich has been taken over by the Civil Guard.
