Belgian employers have come up with a remarkable proposal to combat long and very expensive traffic jams: make night deliveries possible. They also argue for closing smaller train stations and introducing a smart kilometer tax. According to the companies, these are necessary ideas to reduce traffic jam costs, which amounted to 4.8 billion euros last year.
