How were the beginnings of the company?
Three and a half years ago, we started in the business almost by chance, without having any experience. One of us, Virginia Mattio, Corporate Lawyer for a multinational for ten years, and Florencia Lusarreta, Bachelor of Business Administration, steeped in the world of Real Estate from a very young age, since she comes from a family very involved in the field.
We saw the opportunity to take over a real estate agency that had been operating, but with poor performance due to internal problems that affected both the team and its reputation in the market.
In March 2020, when we were settling in, the pandemic arrived with the chaos and uncertainty that we all know. Far from being something negative, due to the area we are in, it gave us the push we needed to start our growth. Since then, we have constantly focused on consolidating and differentiating ourselves within the market.
What services do you provide to the public?
Our orientation is towards the client in its entirety, focusing on providing them with a specialized and professional service within a market that is very battered. Always remembering our greatest asset, which is the internal client, that is, our own team, with whom we are already a large family of almost twenty people.
Regarding clients, we give the same importance to both the seller and the buyer, paying equal attention to the needs of both, which are very different when carrying out a real estate transaction.
The path taken led us to have many developer clients, which are a very specialized and particular market segment. The success we had in marketing neighborhoods and well buildings means that 80% of our turnover comes from this type of product.
What are the projects that you sell and in which areas do you enter?
Located at the top of Nordelta, our offices are in the tallest building in the shopping center, our reach goes far beyond that place. At the request of friendly clients and the needs of their businesses, we market developments throughout the northern corridor.
Our main projects currently accompany the demand of the post-pandemic market, which is inclined to move to closed neighborhoods and housing complexes far from the city, in search of a better quality of life for their families.
Bahia, Azzurra, Almahue, La Reserva and the two new launches we have in our pipeline, Altos de San Carlos and El Paso, are some of the projects we currently sell.
All of these are characterized by the possibility of accessing a lot or apartment in a quiet area, in contact with nature and with the ease of paying in installments, also making a good investment with the financing and the exchange rate that these projects offer. .
Many of our clients invest with us in one project after another. Something that makes us proud is that our clients are for life, trusting our criteria in the choice of ventures that give them security and high profitability.
What are your objectives as a company?
Since we are in this market, one of our main objectives is teamwork. From the moment we started, our main challenge was to assemble a solid and committed work team, always preserving the good climate between us. Currently we are twenty people who are constantly active, training and evaluating continuous improvements both for internal use and for our clients.
What are your differentials in the category?
In all these years, we have made agreements with other real estate agents. We believe that working with other colleagues is fundamental and very productive for our development and professional growth.
In turn, one of our greatest differentials is that being Coldwell Banker, we work in a network. We are 35 offices with more than 450 professionals distributed throughout the country, Uruguay and Paraguay. Thanks to this, we carry out international operations, which gives us a global vision of the real estate market.
We are always looking to try new tools and innovating both within the team and in the market. We believe that with technology and constant changes it is extremely important to reinvent ourselves every day to differentiate ourselves as leaders in the real estate industry.
