Cold turkey for Markus Söder!

Cannabis is now to be partially legalized. Our columnist wonders how to negotiate the right THC content with your trusted dealer. And how to deal with supposed straight-edge types like the Bavarian prime minister

So what’s the deal with cannabis clearance again? Wasn’t it that during the election campaign decriminalization of hash and weed possession was announced by the parties now in power? That this legalization was established about a year ago? Federal Health Minister Karl Lauterbach has now initiated “partial legalisation”. What on earth is “partial legalization” again?

Quote from MDR: “The federal government also wants to enable the cultivation and sale of the drug in special associations. However, the initially planned specialist cannabis shops in which Rausch products can be freely sold will not exist. The sale in such shops should only be tested in a second step in model regions – with scientific support.

In order to prevent ‘cannabis-related brain damage’, it is being examined whether young people between the ages of 18 and 21 can only buy products with a reduced THC content (a maximum of 10 percent is planned). This restriction does not apply to older consumers.”

A completely contradictory text. Because if only products with a maximum of 10 percent THC content are to be sold to young people and there should be no cannabis over-the-counter sales, how are you going to control sales? Should the youngsters ask their dealers?

Youth: Hi Digga, do you have stuff?
Dealer (cool): Normal…
Youth: Awesome! But please only with a maximum of 10 percent THC content! I have to obey the new law.
Dealer (aggressive): Are you crazy? Do you want me to shoot your balls?
Adolescent (panic): No, why, what did I do wrong?
Dealer: Man, we only sell with a maximum of 10 percent THC content, we are not stupid! We’re not messing with Dude Lauterbach! It’s a bit too hard for us…

The entire change in the law is once again a typical German adult solution, which you can tell that nobody has a clue about the matter and nobody really wants to deal with it. Those responsible prefer to delay and cloud the fuss until the commotion dies down rather than come up with a clear and unambiguous solution that will decriminalize users, protect them from bad dope and drain the adulterated drug market.

In my opinion, Markus Söder should be prescribed withdrawal. One should give the massive Bavarian opponent of drugs and cannabis legalization who has never used “anything”, who always campaigns with a “Hoibe” in his hand, but only sips on it because he doesn’t like beer at all just the Draining power to make him aware of what draining feels like. Because he’s always on it too and gets high on it, only nobody forbids him to do it. If he were then trembling and shivering at Munich Central Station looking for a dealer who could give him at least a few grams of power, maybe he would have a minimal insight into the topic.
