Amsterdam – Drinking alcohol or using drugs during working hours is of course not allowed. But an isolation company that accused an employee of drinking beer and using cocaine on the company bus gave him a summary dismissal that is not legally valid. He will receive more than €46,000 in compensation from the court in Rotterdam.
