The police accidentally came across a drug lab during a search for dogs from the ‘horror breeder’ in Eersel on Tuesday. What kind of lab it is is still under investigation.
The resident of the address where the lab was found has been arrested. The fire brigade and police are currently investigating in the lab on the Grote Aardweg in Eersel. There is no link with the investigation into the breeder, the police confirm.

Tuesday morning it still turned out to be a mess at dog breeder Jan Paridaans in Eersel. Inspectorate employees took all the dogs that were still there.
The police also went looking for dogs that the breeder may have hidden at other addresses. That search resulted in the discovery of a drug lab a few doors down from the breeder. “Actually pure coincidence,” said a police spokesman.
