The Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI) has issued a code yellow for Limburg for Thursday due to thunderstorms.
The weather warning is in effect between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

According to Meteo Limburg, some heavy thunderstorms will pass over the province in the afternoon, with a chance of hail, gusts of wind and quite a lot of rain. The KNMI warns of large hailstones and gusts of wind up to 75 kilometers per hour.
hindrance
Traffic and outdoor activities can be affected by the thunderstorms. The KNMI advises to avoid open water and open areas and not to take shelter under trees. Thunderstorms are expected to move towards Germany in the evening. It will be about 27 to 29 degrees in our province.
