Meteorologists keep a close eye on the weather maps. Because a very heavy storm is developing rapidly in the Atlantic Ocean. The British weather service has named the storm “Ciarán” and, together with France, has already declared a code orange for the time being. After all, exceptional wind speeds and flooding are expected in western Europe. How fierce will this storm rage? Where and when is the most wind expected?
