The submitted file is the result of a round of adjustments on top of the original file after the previous environmental permit was annulled by the Council for Permit Disputes in February earlier this year. Special attention was paid to parking and mobility policy in this updated file.
After submitting the environmental permit application, the licensing authority has thirty days to check whether the file is complete and admissible. The public investigation can then be started.
