“I am a young coach, very passionate too. There is no better environment for me to work at the moment.” The slogan ‘No sweat, no glory’ was also quoted by the new head coach. “I was also a hard worker as a player. A million percent surrender, that is the mentality that the club stands for.”

“Belief in Core Qualities”
The former coach of Fulham and Bournemouth has not yet commented on specific players, but does believe in the qualities of his core. “It is a young team with talented players who still need to be developed further. I like to ensure that young players can reach their potential.” Parker already worked with Denis Odoi at Fulham.
“We have already had brief contact. He was very positive about the Club, about the Base Camp and about the team.” In the competition, the national champion is currently twelve points behind KRC Genk. “I know the system is very different from England. I don’t fully understand it yet, but I will,” Parker referred to the play-offs.
