The Berggruen Museum is traveling with an exhibition tour.
From September, most of the works will be on their way to Japan, China and France. Further stations are planned.
From September 5th, the Berggruen Museum will close for three years. During this time, a basic repair will take place.
The part of the works remaining in Berlin will be presented at other locations of the Nationalgalerie in order to make the collection accessible until the reopening planned for 2025.
At the Charlottenburg site, the neighboring Scharf-Gerstenberg Museum with Surrealist art will also remain open.
