The climate adhesives are at the start again on Tuesday.
Members of the Last Generation climate group again paralyzed traffic in several places in Berlin this morning.
The stickers are currently blocking traffic in these places:
► Warschauer corner of Revaler Straße in Friedrichshain
► Straße des 17. Juni near Tiergarten S-Bahn station
► Mühlendamm at the corner of Breite Straße in Mitte
► Kantstrasse at the corner of Windscheidstrasse in Charlottenburg
► Prenzlauer Allee at the corner of Raumerstraße in Prenzlauer Berg
► B1/B5 towards Mitte in Alt-Biesdorf.
The blockade at the A100 Konstanzer Straße exit at the Steglitz junction in Wilmersdorf has been cleared.
“The last generation pretends to fight for better climate protection, but ignores the distancing of numerous people who have already achieved more for climate protection in recent years and is doing a disservice to all progress on this important issue,” said GdP spokesman Benjamin Jendro in the morning with. “If you coerce people forcefully, you won’t get a majority behind you, but rather you will commit crimes with which you can’t force anything.”
The climate activists intensified their protest in the capital again in the middle of the month and caused traffic jams and obstructions with road blockages last week. There were also attempts by climate chaotic people to disrupt the Berlin Marathon on Sunday, but according to the police, they all failed.
