He wanted to quickly clear the road from the nerve blockers – does that have consequences for a police officer now? In the case of Eduard “Ede” Schultz is now being determined.
Review: The eco-chaot was initially pulled off the road by a DHL messenger and another driver on Thursday at the Konstanzer Straße exit. Rough as pictures show.
When the police arrived, Schultz is said to have been “pushed” by an officer. At least that’s what he said in a video, he fell and was injured in his shoulder and head.
Schultz claims, “The collarbone is broken and I have a concussion.” In the video, he is wearing an armband.
A police spokesman confirmed on request that the officers had prevented the man from stepping onto the road again with “pushing and pushing”. “It is currently being determined whether the man fell as a result of this measure and sustained injuries,” the spokesman continued.
If that is the case, “investigations on suspicion of bodily harm in office could be initiated against the officer concerned”.
Whether Schultz’s injuries were actually caused by the police operation to clear the road? He could not say “finally”, the spokesman said.

The climate protectors had again blocked traffic in several places on Thursday morning in Berlin. Photos from the action show environmentalists being pulled off the road by motorists at the exit.
According to a dpa reporter, the mood there was sometimes very aggressive. Apparently, there had already been aggressive and problematic incidents with road users in previous road blockades.
