Climate case not pleased with Zuhal Demir’s (N-VA) response: “Don’t dismiss judges as activist or undemocratic”

The group behind the Climate Case today defended itself in an opinion piece against the reactions to the judgment that forces governments in Belgium to further reduce greenhouse gas emissions. “Contrary to what Flemish Environment Minister Zuhal Demir (N-VA) claims, an ambitious climate policy does not lead to collective impoverishment,” the organization states in an opinion piece.
