The climate gluers want to come to Berlin on September 13th – and never leave again! The “Last Generation” announced this at a press conference on Friday.
“We will not leave Berlin until there is a political change,” said spokeswoman Carla Hinrichs. The demand: no more speed limits, no more 9 euro tickets, but an end to the use of fossil raw materials by 2030!
On September 13th, hundreds of people from all over Germany would come to the capital – more than ever before – and “protest permanently in Berlin”. Recently, the climate chaos had also been annoying in Bavaria. But now the protests should concentrate solely on Berlin. The climate extremists have come up with a kind of shift work system.
► Initially only protest marches should take place. But Hinrichs announced: “We have two very interesting items in our luggage.” She left it open which ones.
From September 18th The road blockades should then start. The aim is to “create a momentum in which the government is no longer able to simply duck or hold out”.

“Our protest is becoming more intense and stronger than ever before,” said Hinrichs. And further: “You will see protest images that you probably cannot even imagine.”
