CL group stage almost reached: Eintracht footballers dispatch Sparta Prague

The group stage of the Champions League is within reach for the Eintracht Frankfurt footballers. In the qualifying first leg against Prague, the Hessians showed an impeccable performance and won clearly.

The Eintracht Frankfurt footballers have almost reached the group stage of the Champions League. The Hessians clearly defeated Sparta Prague 5-0 (2-0) in the qualifying first leg in the Waldstadion on Tuesday.

Nicole Anyomi started scoring in the 6th minute, Laura Freigang increased the score with a penalty just a short time later (14th). After Aneta Pochmanova was shown the red card in Prague at the start of the second half (53′), it became even clearer. Geraldine Reuteler (58th) and two clearances ensured clear conditions (76th/77th).
