According to the very first reconstructions, it seems that the young woman, 22-year-old Desirèe Amato, managed to save herself from the fury of her ex-boyfriend by taking refuge in the bathroom of the house.

He didn’t accept the end of their story. Mother and sister would have intervened and the financer would have pulled out his service pistol and fired the shots. Carabinieri, police and two ambulances quickly arrived on the scene, but unfortunately for the two women who had been shot, there was already nothing left to do. When help arrived Desirèe Amato was still inside the house in a state of shock.
