But there are also other motives, because in the real estate world there is a lot of dissatisfaction about the omnipotence of Immoweb and the prices that brokers have to pay to place their real estate ads and to receive certain data.
A few years ago, 70 brokers set up Immscoop in that context, with a focus on real estate in Antwerp, but the initiative was not followed in other provinces. Smaller players are also active, such as My Future Home, so the question is whether the CIB, with its 3,400 members, will no longer fragment the market or will we really have to look for a house in a different way.
