Homemade tart dough
250 g normal salted butter
4 dl wheat flour
250 g of milk curd
1. Chop the fat into a bowl.
2. Add the flour and knead the dough with your fingers until it is smooth.
3. Add the milk curd and mix until smooth.
4. Form the dough flat and wrap in plastic wrap. Leave to set in the fridge for an hour.
