Christina Applegate, known from the Pulmuset series, was diagnosed with MS in 2021. In a recent interview with The Los Angeles Times, Applegate tells how difficult it has been to accept the illness. The 51-year-old Applegate would not like to see himself in bad shape.
– I also gained 18 kilos due to medication and incapacity. I didn’t look like myself, and I didn’t feel good in my own body, she says.
When the first symptoms started, Applegate was filming the Netflix series Dead to Me. He missed filming first on sick leave, but when his symptoms subsided, he insisted on filming his part to the end. Applegate has been acting practically since birth. He has had to weigh his career choice for the first time in his life.
