Christian De Sica sells the luxurious villa in Capri

cChristian De Sica decided to sell the his luxurious villa on the island of Capri. The residence that the plaintiff is his wife Silvia Verdone they had bought in 1996 it seems to have been sold at an estimated price between 3 and 4 million euros.

There are residences that are not simple homes. The villa that until recently was Christian De Sica’s refuge in Capri has an incredible story. In fact, it was designed between 1900 and 1903 by the American painter and poet Elihu Vedder, one of the leading exponents of the symbolist movement. After making the Villa Four Winds, Vedder moved into this magnificent space. And he remained there until his death in 1923. Soon after, the residence was sold to Earl Earl Brewster and thus became the place where the celebrated writer DH Lawrence wrote the novel Lady Chatterley’s lover.
