Cholesterol, friend or enemy? – PNT

Cholesterol is: Friend or Foe? Many people when asked this question say to me ENEMY, as well as angrily and emphatically.

But what some forget is that CHOLESTEROL is essential for our lives. It is part of cell membranes, is essential for the synthesis of hormones, acts in neuronal communication, and is a precursor of vitamin D.

Cholesterol travels through the blood in the form of LDL, HDL, none of these molecules are bad. The bad thing is that, if we are in a body with chronic inflammation, this helps the oxidation of LDL, which generates oxidized LDL, which is what is deposited in the arteries, causing atherosclerosis.

What do I want to go with this? To give cholesterol the place it deserves, to prioritize a healthy lifestyle, with a healthy diet, without sugar, with physical activity, with the adequate night’s rest that I preach so much.

Let’s be honest, who’s lifestyle prevails first, before taking medication? I don’t like to generalize, but there are few who do. We live in a “microwave” society where everything must be NOW.

I know that it is difficult to change habits, but today there are many tools that help us, including health coaches. In my space, I offer comprehensive treatment, because I know that there are blockages, there will be falls, but it is possible.

Now, if I want to biodecode cholesterol, another part of the treatment, I talk to the patient and focus on where he or she feels supported by his or her family, environment, friends or work. They can also be people who feel the obligation to form, build something, or feel that something is falling apart.

We also analyze the perigestal period or the family tree.

I want you when you read this, to know that there is a comprehensive approach, that you can HEAL, from another more holistic side, both from the spirit and from the habits and for all this, you can ask for support.
