According to the justice department, the investigation shows that he abused his own dog and also contacted hundreds of other animal owners. In any case, a pig farmer and dog owner are said to have offered their animals to the suspect from Tuitjenhorn.
According to the justice department, this is evident from images, chats and 566 telephone numbers on his mobile phone, which was seized during his arrest.
It appears to be an unprecedented animal porn case. The justice department suspects that all of F.’s contacts also include professional animal breeders, riding schools and farmers. Yesterday, a 52-year-old man from Woerden was arrested on suspicion of involvement in indecent exposure with a dog. More arrests may follow in the investigation into Julian F.
“Our impression is that the suspect has been compulsively looking for sexual contacts for years. Men. And preferably men who keep animals. He found those contacts easily and throughout the country,” the public prosecutor said this afternoon in the courtroom of Schiphol.
There was a second interim hearing on the case, which started with suspicions against child minder F. It previously emerged that as a babysitter – who offered himself to eleven families via Marktplaats – he may have sexually abused at least one child.
It also became clear today that his nephew has filed a report against him. There are suspicions of even more victims, as the suspect has chatted about them.
However, he says he accidentally reset his phone to factory settings in 2020. Any footage that may have been shot before that time has disappeared.
In his alleged urge for sex, the twenty-something from Tuitjenhorn had contact with co-suspect Marco H. from Alkmaar. It turns out that he was sentenced to TBS a few years ago for a sexual offense.
He was treated for this for a few years, until July 2022. During his treatment, H. is said to have already collected child pornographic material. He also fantasized with F. about the abuse of children.
The men are said to have fetishes for sex involving feces and diapers. And for young children who could not yet speak. In chats they talked about ‘a sock in his mouth’. The conversations also focused on rough sex with animals.

In the contacts on the phone of the man from Tuitjenhorn, the police found hundreds of telephone numbers of people with designations such as ‘farmer’, ‘pig’, ‘cow’, ‘horse’, ‘dog’, ‘male’. This would refer to the animals these people have.
“Very disturbing and worrying,” said the prosecutor. “There were also professional animal keepers, riding schools and breeders, spread across the country.”
Sex with pig
For example, F. is said to have abused the dog of a man from Woerden. That 52-year-old man was arrested yesterday and his dog was seized. He is suspected of involvement in indecent exposure with a dog, according to a spokesperson for the Central Netherlands Public Prosecution Service.
A pig farmer from the eastern Netherlands is also said to have lent his animal to F. for sex. It is not yet clear whether this man will be prosecuted.
All animal abuse is still investigated separately. More people may be tracked down and arrested.
Both suspects, Julian F. and Marco H., were not present in the courtroom today. H. has not yet made a statement, but his lawyer tells NH that he may do so later.
F. is admitted to the Pieter Baan Center for psychological research. The next interim session is on February 1.
