In Marcinelle, a sub-municipality of Charleroi, a nine-year-old child was found last Wednesday in a narrow and dark room in a house on the rue du Basson. The public prosecutor’s office in the Hainaut city confirmed this on Saturday after reporting from ‘Sudinfo’. The mother and stepfather have been arrested and placed under arrest warrant.
