Mariana Chiavone, what were the beginnings of real estate like?
The story of our company begins at a family gathering, where my current partner Elvio, a family friend, asked me what I was going to do with my life.
The proposal was challenging and tempting: open a real estate company.
Despite being only 17 years old, finishing high school and working in my free time to cover expenses, without having a clear idea of what to do in the future, I made an impulsive but decisive decision, I said yes.
I finished high school and enrolled in college. I went through moments of fear, I traveled at night and witnessed different realities, but I was always accompanied. It was through those experiences that I understood the importance of having a place to love, to feel like one’s own, a place where I could study in peace, read, share moments with family, friends, have a pet, and everything that I know. It occurs to me, but within a unique and own space; That is why our second word in our real estate is Properties. And that is how we decided to focus our services on helping people achieve that place, so that they can put down roots and feel part of a space in the world.
What are the services you provide to your clients?
Clearly we are not nomads, but we are not sedentary either, since evolution, planning to change to improve are necessary. The classic example of: I sell or buy because my house is too big, or I sell because I need space, or I sell for another project. We are in charge of finding those spaces.
Our brand has no limits, we are passionate about challenges and new things. We want every person who visits our place to see us as a friend and ally. We are not simply looking to sell, but to provide a place and good advice.
We try to be as human as possible; If a customer does not decide to buy, it may not be the right time to do so, but they will keep us in mind. Because if there is something that differentiates us from the rest, it is that we are the nexus of your space, whether to live, invest or project.
