It is a newly built penthouse of which the Ferragnez are revealing new details via social media, from the furnishings to the design elements. But before leaving the keys to the old address forever, they couldn’t help but share with their followers a farewell video to the old house.

The move has a special meaning for the Ferragnez family. This, in fact, is the first house the two bought together. The digital entrepreneur herself revealed it on social media in 2021, explaining that the penthouse in which they lived in recent years was rented. «We’re doing great, but now we’ve found our dream home» he pointed out.

And for the occasion the couple shared a video with all the best moments lived within the walls of their home. From their arrival with little Leone to the Christmases spent together. And even the couple’s eldest son, Leo, wanted to say goodbye to the old house with a video made by himself and shared by mum and dad. «Leone wanted to make a video to say goodbye to the house where he grew up over the past 5 years, the place where all his memories will be kept. From the first steps, to the days in lockdown until the arrival of his little sister. She is a little creative like her dad »the parents wrote on Instagram. Soft colors and design elements are the characteristics of the Ferragnez’s new penthouse, in addition to the size of the spaces: in the Instagram Stories, in fact, Fedez jokes about his wife’s large walk-in closet. «It’s not a walk-in closet, it’s the Rinascente» she says in the video that shows the location of the Ferragnez’s next adventures.
