After divorce papers surfaced in September between Cher’s son Elijah Blue Allman and his wife Marie Angela King, rumors began to swirl that Cher was planning to kidnap her son. The reason for this is said to have been that the 77-year-old did not want the couple to reconcile.
Allman and King filed for divorce in 2021, but had resumed contact for a few days in November 2022. During this time, on their wedding day, November 30, four unknown men broke into the couple’s hotel room and kidnapped Elijah Blue Allman.
Four days after the abduction, Allman’s wife stated, “I don’t know how my husband is doing or where he is at this time.
