The Premier League rivals are currently discussing the possibilities of a short-term deal, reporting, among other things, “The Athletic“. The 25-year-old lost to Ben Chilwell with the Blues and has not played in Chelsea’s three games of the season so far. Cucurella’s contract in London runs until 2028. Last season he made 33 appearances in all competitions for Chelsea but fell short of the high expectations. His market value, which increased to EUR 55 million after the Blues transfer, fell by EUR 20 million over the course of the 2022/23 season.
